Where we are unique to other services is we have a dedication to supporting older adults as they adjust to the increasing demand for tech integration into everyday life.

We also offer tech education and tutoring services to help our clients meet their needs. We have tutored both individuals as well as employees for businesses that needed specialized lesson plans rather than generic courses.

We are local to Maine and serve all of Southern Maine. We are a mobile tech service, meaning we come to you! Whether you need help setting up a new device, troubleshooting an issue, or optimizing your technology for better performance, we've got you covered.

Our technicians are certified to handle hardware and software issues, network setup and maintenance, cybersecurity, and more. We pride ourselves on our customer-centric approach, ensuring that our clients receive personalized solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Among the many support services we offer are device repair and data recovery. This includes phones, tablets, laptops, and game consoles. In the event of a device repair, if you are not within the service area, but would still like one of our technicians to look at it, we will accept mail-in repair and recovery requests.

For recovery, check "Repair" and note in the description box that you are requesting data recovery service. Sometimes we like to record repairs and share them on our YouTube channel. There is a consent section on the form to designate whether or not you consent to this.
